We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your WetForHer apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate items must have all tags and protective liners intact to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
